We took a
couple days off to go to Newport, the primary reason was to go to the
Edge
Gallery and take a glass blowing class. But, it's a several hour drive and
we could write it off so, what the hell, might as well make an overnighter
out of it.....
The first day
is, of course, a lot of time on the beach wearing the dogs out....

Follow the
long day on the beach with a typically beautiful Oregon Coast sunset....

Then in the
morning we went
to blow glass....By the way, it's a lot harder than it looks. Especially
the coordination involved in rolling, shaping and blowing simultaneously.
Fortunately, Ryan is an excellent and patient instructor.
